Own and evolve Robinhood’s core People Systems, focusing on Workday.
Hands-on technical leader for configuration, integrations, and design.
Lead and develop a distributed team of employees and contractors.
Partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Engineering to translate needs.
Design, build, and maintain integrations across the People tech stack (EIB, Workday Studio).
Drive major Workday initiatives and investments (Workday Extend).

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in People Systems/HRIS with 2+ years of people management.
4+ years Workday with Core HCM.
Proven Workday integrations experience; EIB required; Studio preferred.
Familiar with Greenhouse and/or Ashby.
Strong PM and cross-functional skills; thrives in fast-paced settings.
