🎯 Requirements
- 7+ yrs People Systems/HRIS exp; 2+ yrs people mgmt.
- 4+ yrs Workday exp; Core HCM.
- Workday integrations: EIB required; Workday Studio preferred.
- Familiar with Greenhouse and/or Ashby.
- Strong PM and cross-functional skills across HR, Eng, Finance, Legal.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
