People Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Platform Ownership: Own end-to-end Workday HCM design, build, and admin.
• Payroll Deployment & Operations: Lead payroll with SOX controls and NetSuite posting.
• Integration & Data Architecture: Design Workday integrations (NetSuite, BigQuery, Okta).
• Implementation Partner Management: Lead Workday partner relationships end-to-end.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build People reporting; feed headcount data to Pigment EPM for FP&A.
• SOX & Compliance: Establish and enforce controls around payroll and data changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in HRIS/People Systems; 4+ years Workday HCM & Payroll.
• Deep Workday data model, security, Studio, EIBs; SQL.
• People processes: onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, leaves, US payroll tax.
• SOX/ITGC controls & external auditors collaboration.
• Stakeholder enablement & executive communication.
• Team leadership experience; hands-on when growing the function.
