People Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Lead Workday configuration across modules including HCM, Benefits, Time Off, Time Tracking, Payroll.
• Troubleshoot Workday integrations with our Integrations expert to resolve issues.
• Oversee SOX compliance within Workday; assist with audit documentation.
• Own and lead end-to-end system initiatives; gather requirements and test.
• Manage Jira intake; prioritize and plan with your manager.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, including calculated fields.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People Ops; 3–4+ years Workday configuration across modules.
• Curious about AI in People Systems; leverage tools to drive efficiency.
• Track record leading end-to-end system projects and global rollouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; scalable solutions.
• Proficient in advanced Workday reporting; dashboards and calculated fields.
• Knowledge of compliance and SOX; change management and user access.
• Excellent communication; translate business needs to technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Jira, Greenhouse, Lattice, Culture Amp, ADP Payroll; Excel skills.
