People Systems Developer

📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and implement AI-enabled workflows and tools to full production.
• Rapidly prototype with LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks for scalable production.
• Integrate AI into our ecosystem (Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Snowflake, Jira, Google Workspace).
• Collaborate with People Analytics, HRBPs, IT, Legal, Security for usable, compliant AI.
• Evaluate AI tools and vendors via hands-on experimentation.
• Enable the broader People team to adopt AI responsibly and effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in software, systems engineering, or advanced automation.
• Proven to build and ship LLM-powered features in production.
• Strong API integration and automation with n8n, Zapier, or Workato.
• Familiar with HR systems like Workday or Greenhouse.
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, low-structure env.
• Translate complex technical systems into practical business solutions.
• Use qualitative data to guide decisions, measure impact, and iterate.
• Privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices in HR contexts.
