Troubleshoot HR system issues; escalate; partner with vendors for fixes.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, and release management.
Maintain data quality; support dashboards and ad hoc reports.
Support HR integrations with payroll, IT, and third-party platforms.
Streamline processes across the employee lifecycle; document procedures and train.

🎯 Requirements

US business hours availability (EST 7:00–15:00 / Bulgaria 14:00–22:00).
2–4+ years HRIS administration or people analytics.
Fluent in English.
Hands-on with UKG, Greenhouse, LearnUpon, Clickboarding, Culture Amp.
Data analysis with Excel/Sheets and BI; dashboards and reports.
Knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR data structures; detail-oriented.
