- 3+ years experience as a Workday Administrator or in a similar role.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data accuracy focus.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills; able to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
