System admin/config of HR systems: fields, workflows, roles, automations, reporting.
Troubleshoot issues; escalate when needed; work with vendors on fixes.
Assist with upgrades, testing, and release management.
Maintain data quality; support dashboards and analytics for HR.
Support integrations and API data flows across HR platforms.

🎯 Requirements

2–4+ years in HRIS admin or people analytics.
Fluent in English.
Hands-on with UKG, Greenhouse, LearnUpon, Clickboarding, Culture Amp.
Strong data analysis skills; Excel/Sheets; BI/reporting tools.
Experience building dashboards, reports, data models.
Understanding of employee lifecycle and HR data structures.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and troubleshooting.
