π― Requirements
- 3+ years in US disability/leave administration or HR compliance
- Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, CFRA, PFWA, HIPAA nationwide
- Familiar with CA statutory leave and disability programs
- Experience administering workers' compensation claims
- Excellent problem solving, organization, and communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
