Operates as a senior IC driving enterprise-level HR programs and scalable solutions
Leads cross-functional initiatives in Operations, Client Management, or Programs
On the day-to-day, you will manage, design, and execute defined programs and processes
Track results and KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Lead process improvements and cross-disciplinary collaboration
Standardize People practices to scale and support growth

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; commitment to attain within 3 years
Minimum 2 years experience in HR, operations, or strategy
Experience managing learning or career development programs
Experience building or managing learning hubs or intranets
Experience managing career development tools and vendor relationships (LMS, marketplaces)
Strong program management and data analytics skills (Excel)
