People Solutions Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Located in the Shanghai or Shenzhen office to lead APAC People Solutions.
• Oversee People Operations, Benefits, Mobility, and HRIS across APAC.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, offboarding, benefits and mobility.
• Partner with vendors across APAC to ensure high-quality service.
• Foster a high-performance culture and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and keep data up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in people operations with 4+ years leadership in HR solutions.
• Proven track record in tech-driven process automation in People Solutions.
• Familiar with HR systems; Workday experience is MUST.
• Excellent English and Mandarin (written & verbal).
• Strong understanding of APAC employment laws and compliance.
