People Services Partner

📋 Description

• Act as trusted partner to managers on day-to-day people matters and ER.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end with pragmatic outcomes.
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation and operational judgement.
• Help improve policies, templates and ways of working with automation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise People Services.
• Work with Head of People Services to ensure governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in People Services or HR advisory with ER exposure.
• Proven experience managing employee relations matters with pragmatic approach.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law; practical application.
• Experience supporting or improving policies and processes for consistency.
• Confidence using HR systems and data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Experience balancing employee experience, efficiency and compliance.
