Leverage ServiceNow ticketing to support employee queries
Data entry in Workday for new hires, terms, and core processes
Document and communicate core HR processes to users and partners
Provide operational support on Benefits, Compensation, HR Policies, Background Checks, and HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), and Mobility and Immigration
Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects
Support the onboarding administration globally

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years HR in shared services or contact center
Prioritization, organization, problem solving, collaboration, and communication
Attention to detail with accuracy and quality
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills
