🎯 Requirements

- Experience building external partnerships with academia and workforce boards.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution, including design, implementation, and measurement.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Strategic and operational thinker in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
