📋 Description

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to develop workforce strategy.
• Build multi-year projections aligning talent with growth and service lines.
• Explore talent pools and AI-enabled staffing models.
• Identify gaps in capabilities and develop strategies to address needs.
• Establish partnerships with academia and workforce boards to build pipelines and mobility.
• Design and manage grant processes, including opportunities and outcomes measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commitment to attain within three years; equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years HR experience; 5+ years in workforce planning or talent pipeline development.
• Experience building external partnerships with academia and workforce boards.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution, including design, implementation, and measurement.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Strategic and operational thinker in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
