📋 Description

• Run workplace investigations end to end and own outcomes.
• Partner with Employment Counsel and People Partners.
• Provide HR guidance on conduct, performance, and culture.
• Develop training and policy content on People Relations.
• Collaborate on data-driven employee relations insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in employee relations or equivalent.
• Knowledge of US & UK employment laws.
• Build trust with stakeholders and navigate orgs.
• Experience in intake, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Experience building Employee Relations processes.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and training skills.
