π― Requirements
- 3+ years in employee relations (ER Specialist/HRBP)
- Knowledge of US & UK employment laws; international jurisdiction a plus
- Build trust with stakeholders; understand business context; navigate structures
- Experience in intake meetings, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Experience building Employee Relations processes and best practices
- Excellent written/verbal communication and training skills
