🎯 Requirements

• Experience in program management, HR/People ops, and M&A integration with ownership of multiple deal workstreams.
• Partnered with Corp Dev or deal teams; influenced structure, timing, or retention decisions.
• Able to manage multiple deals and interdependent workstreams.
• Set direction for work you don’t execute; maintain high standards.
• Organized, calm under pressure; clear communication under tight timelines.
• Build durable programs, playbooks, and processes.
