- Act as the People lead for international expansion, translating growth into a delivery plan.
- Own the People expansion roadmap across Reward, Talent, People Ops, and Payroll.
- Establish and maintain project plans, governance, milestones and dependencies.
- Partner with Finance, Legal and Functional People Leads to align priorities.
- Provide escalation paths and risk mitigation for delivery, cost, or compliance.
- Drive delivery against timelines, budgets and scope across markets.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Significant experience leading large-scale People programmes in fast-growing international orgs
- Hands-on delivery across Reward, Talent, People Ops, Payroll and Compliance
- Experience supporting international expansion, market entry or operating-model change
- Background in a senior People role (People Programmes or Transformation)
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional People programmes through influence
- Strong commercial judgement balancing pace, cost, risk and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management with credibility at senior leaders
