🎯 Requirements

- Strong knowledge of employment law, ER processes, and HR basics
- Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob, Workday, ADP, or similar)
- HR or employment-related certification is a plus
- Comfortable operating across multiple countries, regulations, and cultures
