Minimum requirements
- 10+ years as HR business partner in tech and established orgs
- Experience supporting functions within a Technology organization
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy and drive results
- Strong analytical and project management skills; design clear processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to partner and influence across diverse groups
