📋 Description

  • Serve as first contact for employees and managers on general HR inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on leaves, benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and data updates.
  • Triage HR tickets and route to COEs or People Partners as needed.
  • Ensure timely responses and accurate documentation of HR requests.
  • Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding with COEs and People Partners.
  • Maintain HR data integrity and contribute to data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist, operations, or HR support roles.
  • Experience with global matrixed teams; US, Europe, India, Philippines knowledge a plus.
  • Service-oriented or shared services environment experience preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems such as UKG or FreshService.
  • Strong customer service, confidentiality, knowledge of policies, and communication.
