- Serve as first contact for employees and managers on general HR inquiries.
- Provide guidance on leaves, benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and data updates.
- Triage HR tickets and route to COEs or People Partners as needed.
- Ensure timely responses and accurate documentation of HR requests.
- Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding with COEs and People Partners.
- Maintain HR data integrity and contribute to data-driven insights.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist, operations, or HR support roles.
- Experience with global matrixed teams; US, Europe, India, Philippines knowledge a plus.
- Service-oriented or shared services environment experience preferred.
- Experience with HR systems such as UKG or FreshService.
- Strong customer service, confidentiality, knowledge of policies, and communication.
