People Partner II (Fixed-term contract)

📋 Description

• Partner with site leaders to align objectives; advise on people strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with organizational leaders, managers, and contributors.
• Lead organizational design, change management, talent development, engagement, and culture.
• Collaborate with internal People teams on corporate-wide initiatives.
• Coach management on employee relations and internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and support audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as HRBP or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law.
• Consult on recruiting, management, training, and leadership mentorship.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics and insights.
• Strategic thinker who uses technology to solve problems.
• Flexible, able to work across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
