  • Experience coaching leaders on performance and leadership challenges.
  • Translate business needs into practical, scalable people solutions.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance (e.g., FLSA) and when to escalate.
  • Data-informed and able to identify patterns and insights for better decisions.
  • Balance empathy and rigor, advocating for employees while supporting business outcomes.
