- 10+ years in People Partnering, HRBP, or related roles in high-growth, global orgs.
- Deep experience partnering with GTM organizations in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong employee relations expertise with sound judgment in assessing risk.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without authority.
- Comfort operating at the Executive level โ able to challenge, align, and coach leaders.
- Experience partnering across multiple geographies (US, EMEA, APAC).
