  • 10+ years in People Partnering, HRBP, or related roles in high-growth, global orgs.
  • Deep experience partnering with GTM organizations in fast-scaling environments.
  • Strong employee relations expertise with sound judgment in assessing risk.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without authority.
  • Comfort operating at the Executive level โ€” able to challenge, align, and coach leaders.
  • Experience partnering across multiple geographies (US, EMEA, APAC).
