📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning business and people strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as an HR business partner in tech or large orgs
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and results
• Strong analytical and PM skills; design clear processes; detail-oriented
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to partner across diverse groups and levels
• A strategist who connects business goals to org design and structure
