Assist with training and development; collect feedback to measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years as People Partner; 5+ years in people ops (scale-up/start-up).
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law; experience across Europe, especially Germany.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; confidentiality.
Proactive, rigorous, autonomous in managing priorities and deadlines.
Able to create structure, automate, and improve systems.
Nice to have: Greenhouse, HiBob, Deel; fluent English; German.
