- Act as HR Partner for 500–600 frontline Support employees with weekly on-site visits.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance and conduct.
- Lead end-to-end termination processes aligned with policy and labor law.
- Design and deliver manager trainings on employee relations and labor topics.
- Partner with leaders on organizational changes and workforce planning in Support.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Legal and other People teams for compliant processes.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience as HR Partner/HRBP in frontline/operational roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in employee relations and manager consulting.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting termination, organizational changes and sensitive cases.
- Ability to coach managers on soft leadership and HR fundamentals.
- Comfort working with hourly employees, shift work and high turnover.
