Serve as the go-to for all employee relations.
Collaborate with managers to ensure flawless employee support.
Manage employee questions, concerns, and offboarding including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews.
Analyze trends in employee patterns and partner with the Director to execute strategies.
Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
7+ years in Human Resources
Experience managing programs
Employee relations experience
Workday experience preferred
Strong multitasking and prioritization in high-demand environments
