🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of HR/People experience, including HRBP for senior leaders
  • Experience partnering with Sales or revenue organizations with quota-driven dynamics
  • Strong organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Experience supporting global or distributed Sales organizations with data insights
  • Nice to have: experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies
