π― Requirements
- 8-12+ years of HR/People experience, including HRBP for senior leaders
- Experience partnering with Sales or revenue organizations with quota-driven dynamics
- Strong organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience supporting global or distributed Sales organizations with data insights
- Nice to have: experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies
