🎯 Requirements

Bilingual English/French (speaking and writing) required.
4+ years in a related HR/People Partner role.
Strong HR principles and practices; ability to apply guidelines.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors) for reporting.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
Experience partnering with leaders on workforce planning and change management.
