Act as trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and driving accountability.
Contribute and collaborate globally across the People function.
Advise managers on performance, talent development, org planning, and compensation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

Bilingual English/French speaking and writing.
4+ years in HR/related role.
Strong HR knowledge and people practices.
Analytical with ability to apply judgment within policies.
Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors) and reporting.
Education in HR, Psychology or Education or HR experience required.
