🎯 Requirements

  • Proven HR advisor experience in fast-paced, complex organizations.
  • Degree in HR, business management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Poland employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; communicate at all levels.
  • High integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Experience managing monthly payroll inputs for payday.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
