Support UK projects and tasks for non-assigned client groups.
Analyze assigned groups; use data to guide decisions.
Advise on talent development, succession, compensation, org design.
Own employee relations end-to-end per policy and applicable law.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with global SaaS/tech across Americas and EMEA.
Experience leading transformation; align people strategy to long-range plans.
Ability to drive major initiatives and influence decision-makers.
Org design, workforce planning, ER, performance and talent mgmt, law.
Strong presentation skills; comfortable with senior leadership.
Minimum 3 years as a People Partner (HRBP) in technical orgs.
