- Partner with clients to understand business needs and implement HR solutions.

- Transform and align people strategy to long-range plans.
- Drive major initiatives and influence senior decision-makers.
- Knowledge of org design, workforce planning, ER, perf/talent mgmt, and employment law.
- Strong presentation skills to senior leadership.
- Persuasive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- 3+ years as a People Partner (HRBP) in tech.
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR; certifications PHR, SPHR, SHRM or international.
