- Solid experience as a People Partner/HR Advisor/HRBP/HR Generalist in a high-performing team
- Autonomously manage ER cases; policy-light approach
- Curious, strategic thinker comfortable with data and diagnosis
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in Tech or Regulated business is a plus
- Ability to partner with managers and solve people problems
