π― Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, or Employee Relations
- Strong experience managing US-based ER cases
- Knowledge of US employment laws, compliance, risk mitigation
- Proven ability to coach and advise managers through sensitive issues
- Experience partnering with Legal, HR leadership, and regional teams
- Experience supporting core HR programs (PM, compensation, engagement)
