🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, or Employee Relations
  • Strong experience managing US-based ER cases
  • Knowledge of US employment laws, compliance, risk mitigation
  • Proven ability to coach and advise managers through sensitive issues
  • Experience partnering with Legal, HR leadership, and regional teams
  • Experience supporting core HR programs (PM, compensation, engagement)
