🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years HR Ops experience with Philippines labor laws.
- At least 1 year of people management or leadership experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and case management tools (Freshservice).
- Strong organizational, compliance, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance operational detail with high-quality service delivery.
