  • 3โ€“5 years HR Ops experience with Philippines labor laws.
  • At least 1 year of people management or leadership experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and case management tools (Freshservice).
  • Strong organizational, compliance, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance operational detail with high-quality service delivery.
