  • 3+ years in HR generalist or People Ops roles.
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and candidate experience.
  • Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and independently.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS is a plus.
