📋 Description

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, changes, terminations).
  • Provide tier 1 HR policy/process/tool support across regions; escalate issues.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and work authorization.
  • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Maintain process documentation and drive consistency across global operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Flexibility to work US Time hours.
  • 2–3 years in People Ops for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and HRIS data management (UKG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
