🎯 Requirements
- Flexibility to work US Time hours.
- 2–3 years in People Ops for a global organization.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and HRIS data management (UKG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
