- Genuinely curious; research deeply, ask thoughtful questions, proactive
- Hyper-organised; detail-oriented; comfortable with repetitive, process-heavy work
- Strong written communicator; clear notes; tight follow-ups
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets; quick to learn tools
- Available to work East Coast US hours
