- Serve as the primary People Ops contact for employees and managers across AMER.
- Partner with PBPs and Talent to support onboarding, offboarding, and key lifecycle moments.
- Provide first-line support for policies, benefits, payroll, leaves, and HR systems (BambooHR).
- Support annual open enrollment, including communications and system updates.
- Coordinate and track Leaves of Absence with vendors, ensuring compliance and accurate records.
- Support performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and regional People programs.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in People Operations/HR Generalist.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based employees; AMER employment, benefits, immigration, LOAs, and compliance (CA a plus).
- Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate when appropriate.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent processes.
- Clear, empathetic communicator with a people-first approach.
- Highly proficient with HRIS and People Ops tools, BambooHR a strong plus.
