Own and improve core People Ops processes end-to-end (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
Build scalable standards across workflows and templates
Create SOPs, checklists, and internal enablement material
Drive continuous improvement via issue spotting and root cause analysis
Coordinate payroll inputs for Germany and the US with external payroll partners
Based in Darmstadt with a hybrid setup; 3–4 days onsite

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in People Operations in a scaling environment with data quality focus
You’ve owned ambiguity and turned it into repeatable operating standards
Strong process mindset and love for operational quality
Experience with HR systems and improving workflows through tools
Confidence working with data and maintaining high accuracy
Strong stakeholder management and clear communication
