- Own and improve core People Ops processes end-to-end (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Build scalable standards across workflows and templates
- Create SOPs, checklists, and internal enablement material
- Drive continuous improvement via issue spotting and root cause analysis
- Coordinate payroll inputs for Germany and the US with external payroll partners
- Based in Darmstadt with a hybrid setup; 3โ4 days onsite

- Minimum of 5 years in People Operations in a scaling environment with data quality focus
- Youโve owned ambiguity and turned it into repeatable operating standards
- Strong process mindset and love for operational quality
- Experience with HR systems and improving workflows through tools
- Confidence working with data and maintaining high accuracy
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication
