- Coordinate pre-boarding docs (ID proofs, certs, background checks).
- Set up new hires in HRIS across India and global systems.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions on benefits, policies, and processes.
- Conduct HR orientation on benefits, policies, and compliance training.
- Manage end-to-end resignation workflows including exit letters.
- Hybrid role: in-office 3 days/week in Bengaluru or Chennai.

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 4โ8 years HR operations experience, payroll & compliance.
- Hands-on HRIS and India payroll software experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws: PF, PT, Shops & Establishment, POSH.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRIS/HRMS tools.
- Experience in multinational/tech firms coordinating with global HR teams.
- India benefits renewals and insurance broker relationships.
- Experience supporting POSH Internal Committee (IC) processes.
