  • Coordinate pre-boarding docs (ID proofs, certs, background checks).
  • Set up new hires in HRIS across India and global systems.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions on benefits, policies, and processes.
  • Conduct HR orientation on benefits, policies, and compliance training.
  • Manage end-to-end resignation workflows including exit letters.
  • Hybrid role: in-office 3 days/week in Bengaluru or Chennai.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 4โ€“8 years HR operations experience, payroll & compliance.
  • Hands-on HRIS and India payroll software experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws: PF, PT, Shops & Establishment, POSH.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRIS/HRMS tools.
  • Experience in multinational/tech firms coordinating with global HR teams.
  • India benefits renewals and insurance broker relationships.
  • Experience supporting POSH Internal Committee (IC) processes.
