  • Manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level to mid-management roles across PR and Content teams.
  • Manage the ATS and source diverse talent via LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience regardless of outcome.
  • Assess learning and development framework; align with team goals and tech advances.
  • Own the logistics of welcoming new Squad members and transitions for departures.
  • Assist with HRIS, employee records and benefits administration.

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or people operations, preferably within a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
  • Experience building relationships and identifying great talent with growth potential.
  • Take pride in the small things while understanding the larger goal.
  • Natural problem-solver who sees a gap in a process as an opportunity to build something better.
  • Work well in a team environment but also thrive as an independent contributor delivering consistent, reliable results.
  • Lead with a service oriented mindset and care deeply about the employee experience.
