People Operations Specialist (Payroll & Benefits)

📋 Description

• Own payroll coordination across TriNet, Rippling, Deel, and BambooHR.
• Ensure accurate, on-time payroll and contractor payments.
• Manage US, Canada, and global benefits programs with vendors.
• Maintain compliance with multi-state payroll rules and international contractors.
• Resolve payroll issues with employees and vendors.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile payroll, benefits, and tax data.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years payroll/benefits/HR ops in multi-state US.
• Hands-on Rippling payroll workflows and data mgmt.
• Canadian payroll familiarity preferred.
• Experience auditing payroll data for accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and benefits administration.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
