- Working knowledge of core HR processes and lifecycle administration.
- Experience using Workday and digital tools; quick to learn new systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools for HR operations.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel; data analysis skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through.
