🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in HR, People Operations or related ops.
  • Ability to own and execute high-volume, detail-oriented processes.
  • Experience supporting onboarding or employee experience program design.
  • Working knowledge of core HR processes and lifecycle administration.
  • Experience using Workday and digital tools; quick to learn new systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for HR operations.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel; data analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through.
