📋 Description

  • Support global workforce with focus on IST/APAC time zone.
  • Manage day-to-day HR ops and maintain records in Workday.
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, moves, and offboarding.
  • Administer regional benefits (India/APAC) and liaise with vendors for compliance.
  • Ensure local labor law compliance and maintain documentation for audits.
  • Hybrid role with three in-office days per week; support IST-based employees.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • Experience: 4–5 years in HR Operations / People Operations
  • Tools: Workday and Google Workspace
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, continuous improvement mindset
  • Hybrid role: three days per week in the office.
