🎯 Requirements

- Experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- First exposure to an international environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum).
- Service-oriented, rigorous, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working with or supporting a senior HR lead.
- Comfortable with HR tools; knowledge of Lucca or BambooHR is a plus.
