🎯 Requirements

- 3-4 years of HR/People Operations experience (onboarding/offboarding).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and documentation management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with HR systems and automation tools (BambooHR, Workday, SAP, Deel).
